Mystery shoppers provide businesses with information through the use of questionnaires and detailed narratives. Their reports contain an unbiased opinion of how the business is perceived by the customer. The owner is relieved of this added responsibility. Business owners who are presently using the services of mystery shopping firms are getting a more realistic picture of how their customers perceive their company.
